Dr. Pankaj Shrivastav (MD, DGO, FRCOG)

DIRECTOR OF CONCEIVE FERTILITY HOSPITAL
Dr. Pankaj Shrivastav is the Director of Conceive Fertility Hospital. A highly experienced physician and a pioneer in the field of Reproductive Medicine, Dr. Shrivastav has devoted his professional life to helping couples achieve their dreams of becoming parents. His mantra “Let’s make you a family!” has become the Mission Statement of the entire team at Conceive.

Dr. Gilbert El Haddad

MBBS, MD, DGO
Studied and trained in Lebanon and thereafter in France. During his 3 years training in France, Dr Gilbert El Haddad has been honing his experience and skills by obtaining several Diplomas in Reproductive Medicine, Ultrasound Scanning, Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopy and Breast Diseases. He is now a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and fluent in Arabic, English and French making his communication skills excellent.

Dr. Asma Munir

MBBS, MCPS OBGY, MCPS FERTILITY MEDICINE
Hailing from Karachi, Pakistan and having trained in the United Kingdom and Australia in addition to specializing in Assisted Reproductive Medicine, Dr. Munir has a keen interest in natural holistic healing in which she has extensive research and experience.

Dr. Ruma Chakraborty Bhargava

MBBS, MD, DNB, DGO AND DHA
Specialist, MD Obs & Gynae from Grant Medial College, Mumbai. She has been trained in IVF & Infertility treatment from Institute of Reproductive Medicine, Kolkata and Homerton Hospital, London. She has more than 25 years of experience with various medical facilities in India, Saudi Arabia, and UAE. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Arabic, Bengali, and Marathi making her popular among patients.

Dr. Kazi Swarno Rekha

MBBS, MD, DIPLOMA IN ULTRASOUND
After receiving her degrees and training in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Dr. Kazi found herself a junior physician in Rashid Hospital, Dubai. Dr. Kazi possesses excellent management skills and Conceive is privileged to have her training with us in Infertility Medicine.

Dr. Ghada Ahmed Karrar

MBBS, DGO
Dr. Karrar is one of the first physicians to have joined Conceive Hospital upon its establishment. A competent communicator and an ability to win patients’ trust over, Dr. Karrar often finds herself befriending Conceive’s patients and becoming a point of contact for emotional support during their treatment. Having trained under Dr. Pankaj Shrivastav the longest, she possesses vast knowledge and skill in the field of Infertility.

Dr. Dimitris Mantas

PhD, ART Laboratory Director, Clinical Embryologist
With over 25 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, Dr. Dimitris Mantas is a senior clinical embryologist with extensive expertise in assisted reproductive technologies. His work spans IVF laboratory design, embryologist training, quality control, and advanced laboratory troubleshooting. Dr. Mantas is actively involved in research and education, serving as a lecturer and mentor in postgraduate programs in Clinical Embryology and Preimplantation Genetics. In addition to his scientific and clinical roles, he brings strong experience in IVF clinic management and strategic business development. This integrated clinical, academic, and leadership background underpins his commitment to innovation, excellence, and advancement in fertility care.

Dr. Vineet Malhotra

MBBS, MS, DNB (Urology)
Over 25 years of experience in Uro-Andrology and Microsurgery, specializing in the field of Surgery for Male Sexual Dysfunction, Infertility and Endourology. Active member of the American Urological Association, European Urological Association, International Society for Sexual Medicine and South Asian Society for Sexual Medicine, Urological Society of India, Indian Fertility Society. Languages spoken: English, Hindi, Punjabi

Dr. Razia Khomusi

Certifications in Health Professional Education, Healthcare quality & Safety, Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare Research. 35 plus years of experience in Clinical Anesthesiology with keen interest in Obstetric & Gynecological Anesthesia and Labor Analgesia. Proficient in English, Hindi, Urdu, Marathi & Basic Gujarati & Arabic.

Dr. Shahlla Raghib

MBBS, MSC, DA
Originating and having trained in Iraq, Dr. Raghib is a highly dedicated and very experienced Anaesthetist on the Conceive team. With a keen interest in mentoring budding young Anaesthesiologists and impeccable skill, Dr. Raghib is a trusted member of the theatre staff.
